After a wonderful visit with family in Iowa, we have again started our journey across the country. We were fortunate and blessed today to see 2 eagles; one perched majestically in a tree in the snowstorm and the other zooming quickly in the air with a marvelous flash of white tailfeathers as it was powered along by the high winds that we were experiencing.
We will be in the mountains of Colorado tomorrow. Who knows? Will this be the first place on our journey that the Drum will ask to be played?
